Prof. Dr. Khaled Fouad Khaled is Professor of Physical Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University. His scientific career has developed around a central question: how can the behaviour of materials at electrochemical interfaces be understood well enough to limit corrosion and design more effective protection strategies?الأستاذ الدكتور خالد فؤاد خالد أستاذ الكيمياء الفيزيائية بقسم الكيمياء، كلية التربية، جامعة عين شمس. وقد تشكلت مسيرته العلمية حول سؤال رئيسي: كيف يمكن فهم سلوك المواد عند الأسطح البينية الكهروكيميائية بما يسمح بالحد من التآكل وتطوير استراتيجيات أكثر فاعلية لحماية المواد؟
To address this question, his research integrates electrochemical experimentation with quantum-chemical calculations, molecular modelling, molecular dynamics, Monte Carlo simulation and quantitative structure-property analysis.
